Newly built apartment located in the northern part of Grönhögen, in the middle of the Öland idyll. Here you can enjoy the rich nature and bird life. You also have access to a large terrace including a gazebo with a beautiful view of Kalmarsund and fantastic sunsets. Directly below you reach the long beach, where you can take walks along the sea.

Things to see and do in the area



The apartment is located next to the nice golf course in Grönhögen. The surroundings have a rich bird life, especially at Långe Jan, where you can also see harbor seals. In Grönhögen there is also a popular limestone quarry if you want to swim in fresh water. Northeast of the accommodation you will find the sea with great opportunities for walks. In Grönhögen there is an ICA store, ice cream parlor, golf restaurant, pizzeria and Carla's café in the harbor. If you want to shop, there is a mall inside Färjestaden that has both restaurants and shops.
