"What was not communicated to us before arrival:Dishwasher out of orderHot tub out of order until 2026MOLD, RUST AND TERRIBLE ODOR in master shower - I actually wore flip flops in thereThermostat is locked and they will not provide you with PIN code. You have no control of the temperature in the house. If you’re lucky enough to get a timely response back from the property mgr (it took 18 hrs for me), you’ll be instructed to open the windows. Other inconveniences:Sheets did not smell freshCouch had a very strong odorCleaning was late so we had to wait 45 minutes past the 4pm check-in timeKeypad lock out of order so we waited another 20min to get into the house with a physical keyCommunication was marginal at bestThe positives:Master bed is comfortableLocation is amazing, restaurants and shops are walking distance Strong Wi-Fi"
