"The property is at the heart of city centre with access to everywhere. The challenge is with the management who dont seem to be very organised. I had to wait at least half an hour past the check-in time to receive the access code and that was after a reminder call. The property was not clean. Scheduled cleaning was was only done upon 2 reminders. Amenities requested at the time of booking were only provided after request. Feels like I was shortchanged but had excellent sleep on very comfortable...

"Good value, short walk to city hub, great staff. Only complaint is that coffee in the room is not complementary it cost 1 Euro per Nespresso capsule."
