"budget vacation at it's best. building sits on a very very large plot that has everything from shower to bbq, sitting area, playground, well lit parking etc. for families looking to save money, grill and hang out area are great. there is also a beach on walk distance. rooms - as expected in this price range, four beds are crammed into a small space, but that's what I expected. the good thing is that the fridge was not intrusive to my sleep. usually, they are. AC also was not loud."

"My mother and I stayed for one night and we would never return to this hotel . The service was disrespectful, unsafe and incredibly rude . My mother and I have never been treated so poorly . The first day we arrived at the hotel to be greeted by the cleaning lady that asked to be paid immediately. I gave her cash but she wasn’t able to supply us with a receipt. "The location was perfect, in the hill above Porto Karras and Neos Marmaras surrounded by pine and olive trees and vineyards. Peaceful, beautiful apartment, modern with all the amenities. Effie is an exquisite host and very helpful and kind. Away from crowds but very close to the action and beautiful beaches especially Toroni. It has my highest recommendation."
