NEW 6 Bedrooms - Two houses and a pavillion on Chickamauga Lake with new dock

  • This incredibly unique and modern property boasts 6 bedrooms and 4 and half baths across 2 acres on the Hiwassee River. This lodge sits on a level lot and has a main house with 3Br/2Bath. A tiny house with 2Br/1bath and a pavillion with a bedroom and a bath and half. The spacious pavillion also will seat 20 and has a 70in TV to relax and watch your favorite sports. There is also a firepit beside the pavillion to allow you to wind down after a long day on the river. All dwellings on the property have granite countertops and new LVP flooring, All appliances are new and stainless steel and this property has a kitchen at each dwelling for your convenience. There is a brand new dock on the property and a paddle board and kayak will be made available for your pleasure. (water is up 4/15-10/7) The 2 slip dock has an open slip for you to bring your own boat and leave on property or rent one daily from the local marina. WIFI internet is strong and avaible for your use and TVS are setup for streaming. You will never be bored at this amazing river retreat.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Bring all used towels and linens to the laundry room in the main house. Do not remove comforters and pillow shams.
Return all furniture inside and out to the location you found it in. Bag all garbage and place in cans outside the garage door. Break down cardboard boxes and stack neatly beside the cans.
Put kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boat , paddles and life jackets back where you got them from. Do not leave any kayaks paddle boards or paddle boat in the water. Report any damage immediately.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Outstanding Houses, Location, Amenities, and Host!!

This is by far the best value we've ever rented!! It's like renting three separate rentals. All three were bright, roomy, and extremely relaxing. The location on the lake was just as advertised with a boat dock and kayaks available. Would absolutely rent this again!!

✨10/10✨Amazing property for extended or multiple families

Amazing property for multiple families. The main house, small house, and pavilion area allowed us to spread out but have common areas to gather. We originally rented to accommodate out of town guests for a graduation. After viewing the property, we decided to host an outdoor graduation party here. The pavilion area was perfect for setting up and preparing food and was big enough to put additional seating. The lake-view was stunning and provided for a perfect picture backdrop. Kitchens were well-equipped and the property was well maintained and clean. We can’t wait to stay here again.

While house hunting for multiple adults whom obviously did not want bunk beds, we were met with quite the challenge. This property layout was exactly what we needed. The pavilion was the perfect space for us all to hangout together, while the separate rooms/houses provided the privacy we required. Lake access couldn’t be better, most of us said the beds were comfortable, and the kitchens were well equipped. The firepit was prepared with split logs and fire starters for us, which was a huge plus. We had a couple minor things arise during our stay and the host was timely in her responses and rectified the situation quickly. Her partnership with a pontoon boat rental saved us a couple hundred dollars, so definitely ask about that! The dock(s!) are large enough to hangout and stable enough for kids to play on safely, as they are not floating docks. The ladder proved to be a challenge for a couple of us but the slope of the lake allowed everyone to easily walk in and out. The only suggestion I will make to future renters is to bring the little things that you would generally think may already be there, such as pens/paper, scissors, etc. Also, bring a basketball- there’s a bonus hoop in the generous driveway! We made a quick dollar store trip for those small essentials, but all the main things were provided. Overall, we were very pleased with this property and would highly recommend it for any large groups which appreciate a perfect combo of privacy and togetherness.

We did like the fact of the separate housing areas. A modern farmhouse decor was throughout and stylish. The mattresses were all way to firm. Hard to sleep on. The floor in the main house is uneven in places. The floor in the hallway by the AC t-stat made a drum like noise. The master bathtub had very low pressure, so the bath was out. We stayed during Christmas and had plenty of space. The breaker was off to the outdoor kitchen oven. Firepit was great with wood provided. A little more attention to fixing up some things and it could be a better review.

I do not understand why I would come to woods by the lake to a place that is a half hour from everywhere, and yet the birds were a singing, the hound dogs were a howling and we caught an ugly Garr fish.Oh, I remember now, I came to marry off a daughter, in a barn about a half-hour away, and the birds were a singing, the hound dogs were howling and the clouds were reflecting off the water on the lake.The bride and her maids were put in the castle in the center of the property. The aunt and uncle we put by the lake to guard for any intruders, and I cuddled with my wife in the cottage in front on a full-size bed, and still the birds were a singing, the hound dogs were a howling and the frogs were a croaking to the sound of the soft rain.After the wedding, I invited some cousins and friend over to relax. Some gathered in the kitchen and others enjoyed the outside veranda by the lake, and still the birds were a singing, the hound dogs were howling and the sunset quietly off in the distance.
