I never received check-in instructions nor the code to access the property even though the information was requested days before my arrival. Upon arriving to the property the exterior of the home was not maintain. The driveway was littered with multiple trash bags and empty alcohol content and the trash bin was full to capacity. "Great floor plan, newly refurbished, and location is perfect. Farmland and walking trails surround a huge lot with lots of trees, yet just a short drive to all the retail or restaurant you could ask for. Such a unique property with a terrific host!"

"We had a great night here. We stayed after attending our grandson's 1st birthday party in Decatur. We and our other family from Chicago spent the night. Everything was very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, cups, utensils, bowls and even cooking tools should you need them. We loved the plastic children's cups and plates as well. I really appreciated the coffee, creamer and sugar provided!If you have your pet with you, there is a side by side food and water dish in the dining area...
