"When we got to the room two of the shower soaps where missing and there wasn’t enough towels for 4 people "

"I arrived at 10:30 pm and they would not let me check in. I called the hotel and the person hung up on me. The next morning, the staff was excellent and let me check in early. Be aware that there is no front desk staff overnight. Also no restaurant on site. The profile makes it seem like there is, but nothing on site or shared parking lot. "

"The WiFi wasn't working. The door wasn't working right. The key cards stopped working. The ice machine ran out of ice."

"Our stay was pretty normal. Room was clean as expected and breakfast was good, maybe a 4 out of 5. We booked this hotel for the inside heated pool and hot tub. Staff was friendly and informative. We would book again."

"May have been the BEST water pressure in the shower I have ever experienced in a hotel. The gentleman who greeted us at check in was fantastic. We arrived a couple of hours early and was able to get an early check in. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would highly recommend it to other travelers."
