"While the property itself was a bit dated, it was perfectly comfortable. The price of the room was very reasonable last-minute compared to our alternatives so I wasn't expecting shiny luxury. "I love this hotel . The pool is gorgeous it’s very tranquil if you want to get away from the party vibes. Room definitely feels like a 5 star hotel loved having your own outdoor patio with lounge chairs . Also I left my bikini by the pool. They found it and shipped it back to me in a day . Food and drinks were excellent ."

"It was good. We paid for a Panasonic suite which was nice- but they gave us a low floor so the panorama was really the dumpster and a building site- but further out you could see the ocean… room was nice and big - the AC units are old are noisy so along with the general noise in the area, didn’t sleep so well, but I’m a light sleeper so maybe that’s on me. Super dog friendly which was lovely and had a great time at the pool cabana. Will go back but likely specify which floor we would like to be on"

"Cute cottage, clean and hospitable, walking distance from the beach - brought a wagon for convenience. Friendly neighborhood, reasonable rules and guidelines, perfect spot for a weekend getaway! Would definitely stay again!!!"

"I wanted to love this hotel, but the experience didn't come close to justifying the price. The rooms are extremely small, and having a Murphy bed means there's barely any usable space beyond sleeping. For boutique hotel rates, the accommodations felt cramped and underwhelming. The walls are also incredibly thin. Despite quiet hours being posted throughout the property, they don't seem to be enforced. You can easily hear neighboring conversations and, unfortunately, even hear toilets being used and flushed. The pool experience was equally disappointing. Signs state the pool is open until 6 PM, but poolside service stops around 3:30 PM when the kitchen begins shutting down. Staff start collecting towels and closing umbrellas well before the posted closing time, making it clear they want guests to leave. To add to the confusion, staff insisted the pool closes at 5 PM, despite signage at the pool saying otherwise. Pool beverage service is also unnecessarily restrictive. Guests are limited to pre-made cocktails and cannot order drinks from the hotel bar, leaving you with a selection of overly sweet canned or pre-mixed options. For the rates charged, the level of service and overall guest experience fell far below expectations. There is no way I could recommend this hotel to friends or family in good faith. The property has potential, but management needs to align the experience with the premium prices they're charging."

"Our go to Hotel while in Asbury Park, NJ. Great comfortable stay always, excellent customer service, clean rooms & facilities. The club is epic 😉 along with the Pool Side Service with Tiki’s Bars fully stocked 🍹‼️ Was there for the Nite with David Lee Roth Concert 🎵 at the Stone Pony, and it’s was fantastic! Getting my 2 thumbs 👍 👍up!"
