Designed for gathering after a day exploring Deadwood. The living room features comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, and custom Deadwood artwork that gives the home its own personality. The premium queen sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping space without sacrificing comfort.

Kitchen

The centerpiece of the home is the oversized island with seating for 8, making it the perfect place for morning coffee, happy hour, or meals together. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook, featuring quartz countertops, modern appliances, and plenty of workspace.

Main Level

The open concept main floor was designed for entertaining, allowing everyone to stay connected whether they're relaxing in the living room, preparing meals, or gathered around the island. A convenient half bath is also located on the main level.

Please note there there is one large parking spot next to the house. Two smaller vehicles may be able to fit. However, if you had a larger vehicle, there will only be room for one. The parking garage is about 2 blocks away for additional parking.
