"The restaurant was closed. We were unaware. Front desk said it just happened. After doing some research, I found online it’s been closed since November but would be good to make that clear when booking. Maintenance people blocking the driveway. Noise of construction plus workers’ music playing early. Not good. Front desk staff sat in phones nonstop and ate food behind the desk in plain sight. Really unprofessional and terrible for what presented itself as upper end."

"We found a bedbug in my bed, after it bit my fiancee, reported it to management, and they tried to make it seems like i was lying after showing them evidence of the bite on my fiancee and the actual bug itself caught on video..I will never rent a room again there. I will definitely not encourage anyone to go there."

"Very standard, budget feeling hotel overall. We were given a room that had not been cleaned (ew!) and they didn’t have the same room available elsewhere so we went to dinner while they cleaned it. When we checked in for the second time, they offered us a late checkout and a free item each for the inconvenience. That was nice, but for a prepaid room that was not available when we arrived… I feel like they could have done better. Breakfast was not great but not terrible… vanilla. Worst thing… connection for Roku was a nightmare… had to spend time on the phone with their tech support to get it working - never had that happen before! And it wasn’t a fluke because they had the tech support info right there! 😂"

"Unfortunately I can not leave a good review for this hotel.. although the staff were excellent, the conditions of the hotel were terrible. The hallways smelled horrible and were not clean. Our room was disgusting the floors and bathroom… I had to ask the staff for a broom and mop and after having to wash the mop like 10 times I was able to use it. Once I started cleaning the hotel room floor I had to change the water like 3 times because it was that dirty... Breakfast was not that great and the breakfast area was also very dirty, staff mentioned it’s because they won’t hire enough personnel so front desk has to also focus on the breakfast area. I was very disappointed in my stay next time I visit Kenosha I will make sure not to stay here again."
