Appreciated the change of the room to double bed. Front desk ladies are friendly, helpful and kind. We enjoyed the breakfast waffles and we would definitely stay at Puffin again. Location is great with restaurants literally across the street.

Property and rooms very clean, but due to mobility issues i won't return. Facility has many steep stairs, 3 rooms are downstairs with no hand railing near top of stairs. Bathroom has a higher than normal step to the toilet and shower with no hand rails. I had a very late check-in and it was flawless, had to extend for another night was was not an issue, thank you. Loved the property, very nice for persons still able to get around.
