It is newly renovated and updated; very clean, comfortable and well appointed. From the beautiful original hardwood floors to the newly renovated and updated kitchen and baths, The little Lake House is truly a place to feel comfortable.

Work, play or relax while enjoying the waterfront from the inside views, the back yard, patio or dock. Lake Winnemissett is a beautiful private lake and considered the most pristine in all of Volusia County.
