Not Hampton Inn Quality
The heating and ac doesn't work just the fan The entire property inside and outside is very dirty. Especially the rooms. The staff was either truly ignorant or just didn't care. I spent three days at the Hampton inn Lake Mary , very very clean. For less than this dump. Worst of all we woke with bites on our face and neck. Hopefully it's not bed bugs! The app won't allow me to add pics because I gave a terrible reviews

Issues with an Employee.
I need you guys to read this and take immediate action. Saturday, 12/9, you will be able to look-up the employee working the breakfast area. I went down with my 5 year old daughter to eat breakfast. He immediately brought my daughter a toy and stood over us. It was intimidating and inappropriate. As she would start eating, he would say, “you can’t have those fruit loops they are mine.” I tried ignoring him, the red flags continued. I called my mother to come down. He continued to only speak to my daughter and my mom immediately noticed his inappropriate behavior with her. I called my husband downstairs. The employee was trying to talk and “flirt” with my daughter from behind my husband. We got up to leave and he followed us to the coffee area still attempting to engage my daughter. These are serious allegations that we stand behind. This employee could cause harm to a child and cause you publicity you don’t want. For the safety of children going there in the future, please review this employee: check his background, watch his behaviors with children. As for the hotel, it was fine- under construction but the fire pit was lovely.

No notice of construction, only elevator not working. Even newly renovated rooms had not been appropriately finished with paint splitters, painters tape, loose wires exposed.

The staff was friendly! Was a little disappointed that the hotel was going thru a renovation so gym was closed and other areas! Our last day the breakfast area was torn apart and plastic up leave very little room! A lot of construction! Our room wasn’t cleaned every other day although we were given clean towels!

The first room half of the carpet was wet from the window to the about middle of the room. We requested another room and the carpet was wet by the window to about half way of the desk. It was late so we just wanted to get to sleep. The front desk staff was great.

The continental breakfast was a definite plus at the hotel and the clerk was pleasant. But when you walk into the hotel you can smell the mold. I went into my room you can smell and see some mold on the ceiling, especially in the bathroom. There was dust piles of dust on the rug at the head of the beds and unknown stains on the bed skirt. Then in the bathroom the floor was still dusty in the corners with dead bugs. After our 2nd night we asked could we get our room cleaned (I gathered all the trash to one location). But upon our return, the sheets were not changed and the bed was not made. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned either and she didn’t replenish the toilet paper and no facial tissue. Which meant I had to go to the front desk to get those things. I’m use to the Hampton Inn being a little more clean than this time.

i found this hampton to be sub par in comparison to a few other Hampton Inns i have visited. The quality of the bed and pillows was not good. The breakfast is too institutionalized - all pre packaged or generic food.. the coffee was not hot in the decanters....

Our breakfast ingredients and items are the same items ordered for other Hampton properties as it is based on a standardized menu that we all must follow.Our mattresses are less than one year old, I do apologize for your dissatisfaction with the sleeping arrangements.
