This is a very quiet neighborhood and the property has five star reviews because we go beyond to make your stay enjoyable, while being incredibly respectful to our neighbors. This property is situated in a very, very quiet location, no trailers, no motorbikes, no boats or RV's allowed and no spring breakers, sorry just strictly following HOA rules here.

Recently renovated and equipped for all your needs. This wonderful home looks on to a pretty little lake with a dock. A perfectly sized pool and hot tub, situated in a fully screened area. Perfect for those looking for peace and quiet. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and wonderful areas inside and outside for quiet family gatherings.

This is not a Party house, our neighbors are very dear to us, also since it has a pool and a hot tub and is Lakefront, this home is not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Our main concern is your children's wellbeing.

The house is located just minutes by car to: shopping and restaurants, Stetson University, YMCA (with gym and indoor and outdoor pools), and the unique downtown Deland that was voted Americas Mainstreet, with its mix of antique shops, coffee houses, ice cream parlors and restaurants.

The little Deland Airport is also just minutes away, and offers a skydiving school and two restaurants where you can watch the skydivers and small planes take off and land, or try a tandem skydive yourself!

Daytona Beach (city limits) is only 20 minutes away and offers dozens of stores and restaurants, as well as The Daytona International Speedway. "The Worlds Most Famous Beach" is just another 10 minutes further. There are many other beautiful beaches within easy distance of the house:
New Smyrna Beach is just 30 minutes away. Ormond Beach 40 mins. Ponce Inlet Beach or Lighthouse 50 mins.

Go swimming or see the manatees and enjoy Florida's nature at its’ best at one of the near by Springs: De Leon Springs State Park 15 min.; Blue Spring State Park 20 min.; Silver Glen Springs 40 min.;

Beautiful house in great location

We had a great stay. This house is a find in DeLand. It is close enough to the city center but feels like an oasis. The lake is lovely with tons of wildlife. The pool is fantastic, surrounded by well-loved house plants. It felt like we were in the tropics. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well-equipped. We will definitely choose it again!

Four Golf Buddies

Used your Home as a base for a week of golf. Had beautiful weather. We cooked most of our meals in your kitchen. Well appointed and more than adequate. The hot tub worked fine. The deck on the lake was relaxing. Really enjoyed all of the green growing plants in the pool area.Would give it a five out of five star rating.

Work trip

Amazing home, myself and 4 co-workers had a project we were working in the area and stayed for a week. The house had everything we needed and then some. Communication with Debbie was great and we enjoyed ourselves even though it was a work trip. I would recommend this home to anyone that was looking for a quiet house on the lake.

Wonderful!

Beautiful property in a nice neighborhood. The house is well decorated, modern and clean. Everything we needed was available and great quality (towels, linens, dishes, utensils, etc). We truly enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai. Peaceful and serene. Location is great, only a short drive to downtown DeLand, or any restaurant or big box store you may need. Can’t say enough great things about this wonderful property!

Rolex 24 at Daytona weekend

Had a great weekend attending the Rolex 24. The house was a perfect place to get some rest when not at the track being a short drive away and away from race traffic. Very clean and comfortable. Well appointed. Beds were clean and super comfortable. Although didn't get to enjoy it much, the patio, pool and lake front were very nice. Great view.

Wonderful house

6 of us spent a wonderful week relaxing and enjoying this home and the area. Everything that you needed was available, loved the pool, hot tub and fire pit. The sunrise was beautiful every morning, and the stars were beautiful at night. All appliances were state of the art, beds slept great and the outside screened area was our favorite place. The fan kept you comfortable even with temps in the 90’s. It is close to everything and our guys enjoyed fishing the local lakes and catching over 300 fish. Highly recommend.

Best Trip Ever!

I truly don’t know where to start. This trip was amazing and we couldn’t have been happier with the beautiful lake house. Debbie the owner was by far the most accommodating VRBO owner we have ever dealt with. The house had everything you could need for a vacation and more. The house was immaculate and she ensures there are days between guest stays due to Covid-19. The pool, fire pit, and view made you want to stay at the house versus leaving to explore Florida. If you are searching for a beautiful, clean home, close to everything...here it is! Thank you again Debbie! We will definitely be back to this wonderful lake house.

Amazingly Perfect and Flawless

This house hit all the marks for our family. Clean? Check!.....Comfortable? Check! Modern technology and gadgets? Check, Check!! We had NO issues with this place and Debbie was on top of it all! How many times do you rent a house and "something " doesn't work? We run into something at just about every property we rent...but not this place. You can tell that Debbie wants her guests to be comfortable...and we were. We look forward to our next visit in the future!

Wonderful Stay in a Fabulous House

We can’t say enough about this special home. Our stay was a truly luxurious experience. The house is situated on a peaceful, serene lake with fabulous sunrises! We even had the pleasure of a visiting otter on the home’s boat platform. The home, located in a quiet neighborhood, is gorgeous, and has all the amenities of home. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking appliances and gadgets you could want. The screened pool area with its gas firepit provides a serene and relaxing spot to enjoy a glass of wine or cocktail, read a book, or simply nap! There was plenty for us to do in the area. The downtown area is a few miles away providing plenty of places to eat and shop – and a wonderful art museum. New Smyrna Beach and Daytona Beach are each just a half-hour drive away. Kennedy Space Center is just a little over an hour away for a fun and enlightening experience – plan to spend the whole day! Be sure to have breakfast or lunch at “The Perfect Spot” restaurant at DeLand airport – a short drive away - and watch the skydivers float down to earth just steps away. We were lucky enough to enjoy the Paris Circus, which was in town the week of our stay. Our host was friendly and attentive and always available via text. We’d surely stay at this lovely home again should our journeys bring us this way in the future.

Would love to go back next year!

This was such a great experience staying at this lakefront home. We were there a week during the Rockville Festival at Daytona Speedway. Definitely would recommend this to anyone looking in the Daytona area. The quiet neighborhood was refreshing as well as lake scenery! We even saw an alligator floating by the deck! The location was the perfect distance to get away from the crowds. yet a short drive in. Thank you for a five star stay!

Perfect Lake House for our Family Gathering

This was our second stay at the Lake House and it was perfect just like we remembered it from the last time four years ago. Our son graduated from ERAU and we needed a place big enough for our family to stay but yet close enough to Daytona Beach and the Orlando airports, so it was perfect. It has all the amenities you need with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We highly recommend the Lake House if you are in the DeLand or surrounding area.

Birthday Celebration to Remember

We wanted a beautiful placed to celebrate our mom's 90th birthday and we found it here! The house was perfect with views of the lake for morning coffee and a hot tub at the end of the day to relax. Everything we needed was available with a book of helpful details and suggested local things. We would stay here again without question!!
