"We make this trip every year. Me, my wife, two brothers, nephew, and grandson go to the Notre Dame spring game. The place was very dirty. Hot tub was green, outside tv was broken. And also a patio chair was broken. I let the owner know of the issues and was not going to do a review. A week later I received a notification from the insurance company stating the owner turned in a claim for the outside tv. I reached back out to the owner and they said they would contact the insurance company. Nothing was done. "

"I had added an extra day onto my trip with Expedia, received an email receipt confirming the extra night, etc. For some reason, the hotel was not notified and expected me to check out a day early. Me showing them the updated reservation dates, as well as calls between Expedia and the hotel didn't resolve anything. The front desk said there were NO rooms available, so I had to check out immediately (no apologies for the inconveniences, etc.). As I'm checking out downstairs, my friend checks online and sees there are rooms available. We were too annoyed to argue with the front desk, so we just left."
