All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Always polite and always asked if there was anything I needed. Made sure I had clean towels and clean sheets of I needed them. Definitely would stay here again

The shower head is pretty gross. Should be cleaned thoroughly or replaced. There were some small pieces of dirt or sand on the bed spread, and one of the towels was stained in spots in an unpleasant color (brown). The people were super nice and really great, and overall the room and stay was good.

Carpet in awful shape. Overall very run down and even if room was clean, it didn’t feel like it due to the condition of and stains on the floor. Very thin walls and doors so noise was bad. Beds were ok. Towels gray. But linens seemed clean. Staff polite.

Everything we needed

Great night's sleep! Had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of travel. Close to Prime Time Steak...what a great deal there!

Poor over all condition. Parking lot needs paving. Black mold on bedroom ceiling. Hot tub in room kept shorting out. Hot tub by pool not functioning (obviously for a long time). Needs painting and repair around pool area. Torn and damaged wall mural at pool. Painting not finished in room. TV remote volume not working - no offer of repair or replacement; just told to work manually at TV. Manager poor attitude. Housekeeping very good. Towels clean but tattered - need to be replaced. Have photos.

Almost good enough for a hunting trip but......

This Super 8 is tired, many things are not operational or not clean. Online booking was great. Here is a list of opportunities: Breakfast area dirty and quality of food/coffee off, Small bars of soap, hard water, old towels, frost build-up in refrigerator, outside doors are not secure during the night hours, showers outdated, pheasant cleaning area dirty, in-wall heater/air conditioner has limited options, parking lot is dirty, garbage receptacles rarely emptied.....nice pool, nice location

The staff was friendly. Breakfast was typical continental fare. The room appeared to be clean, but the tub was not. I cleaned it before using it. There were hairs and some lint-like small bits in it. I would have given a higher rate if not for that.

Not a bad place to stay

Service was nice. The room looked like it was updated..fresh paint and updated bathroom fixtures (mirror sink rack). However even though it was a smoke free room - smoke could be smelled in hallway and room. Not sure what's going on with the square pillows but hotels seem to be using them more. These weren't comfortable. Bed was ok. Towels are very thin. I didn't see an elevator but to get to the second floor it was maybe 10 stairs. There is an indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good..eggs, sausage, toast, etc. it is also up some stairs. The area seemed safe as well.

not alot to brag about

Bugs all over the room, pool was ice cold, sheets were very worn and dingy, trim around most all doors banged up, parking lot full of holes, asked for more towels as there were four of us in the room, only gave us 2 more big towels, chaning area in pool was lop sided and board were warped. Gal on Saturday morning was smoking out side which was no issue, then sitting on couch when I came in to check out, no uniform, just t-shirt and jeans. Pool area had stones around pool broken off, Granddaughther scratched herself on it, Sidewalks around hotel needed good cleaning. Gentleman at check in was very nice and friendly.
