"The room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a quiet area but only minutes over the bridge from downtown Cincy. Highly recommend a room with a city view."

"We stayed overnight before our flight and parked at the hotel for the duration of our trip. When we came home, we called for the hotel shuttle as instructed. We were told the shuttle would leave the hotel at 7:30 and pick us up at 7:37. We were in place waiting for him by 7:25. At 7:45 I called the hotel and was told we'd missed him and he'd be back at 8:11. There's no way we missed him -- he just didn't come. Person at the front desk was no help. We ended up Ubering back to our car. This is the last time we'll waste our time with Holiday Inn. Room was also not very clean."
