"Room was clean, bed was clean very comfortable what I like the most was the amount of pillows there were. The staff was very nice friendly, I was very early for check in and they were able to get me in my room earlier than 3 which was very nice of them. Thank you all for safe and clean accommodation."

"Good hotel, a little older. Great location. Very friendly staff. Room was clean, and very comfortable. Downside: only one ice machine working in building and same with elevator. Underground parking was very tight area. Staff was good about telling you before you tried to park. Continental breakfast was only cold foods and very limited. Felt it was a good hotel and would definately stay again. Even with things not working, they were actively trying to get them working again."

"Sitting on the balcony looking at the beach and beautiful water is magnificent. Staff is always at their best and rooms are really comfortable, but we don't use the pool but we watch others enjoy it. Love Emerald Shores Resort"

"The hallway leading to our room had a used tea bag and other trash on the floor like it hadn't been swept in a while. Otherwise, the room was perfect and the view was amazing. The lady who checked us in was wonderful and checked us in early which was awesome!"
