Wohnung in der Haan

Spülmaschine hat das Geschirr nicht sauber gemacht, die Toilette hat gestunken, es gab zu wenig warmes Wasser und kein deutsches Fernsehen Programm

Schöne Wohnung mit super Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Vorallem war die Nähe zum Strand und zur Straßenbahn super. So brauchten wir das Auto in der ganzen Zeit nicht benutzen.

Gut ausgestatte Wohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich gut ausgestattet gewesen. Die ruhige und doch Strandnahe Lage der Unterkunft hat uns ebenfals gefallen. Dennoch ist sie an einigen Ecken renovierungsbedürftig. Die Therme im winzigen Klo ist schon recht laut und der Geruch unangenehm. Dennoch kann man sich in der Wohnung wohl fühlen.

Ideale ligging

Woning ligt op een ideale afstand van het strand en ook mooi gelegen tussen Bredene en De haan. Alles wat je nodig hebt ligt in de directe omgeving. Woning zelf was wel oke, basis is er wel aanwezig. De dampkap afzuiging werkte niet waardoor we ook niet gekookt hebben om geen al te grote geurhinder te veroorzaken. Algemene properheid had misschien iets beter kunnen zijn. Bv geen tapijt in de living want dit was echt wel vuil.

Schöne Wohnung, aber ...

... leider sind einige Mängel zu beklagen: Im ganzen Hauis riecht es etwas muffig, wie bei Feuchtigkeitschäden. Der Duschschlauch warnicht erst seit unserem Aufenthalt defekt. Die Toilette war eher ein sehr enger Behelf als ein gut nutzbares WC. Mit fast 190cm Größe stieß man beim Betreten direkt die Deckenleuchte und beim Hinsetzen und Aufstehen musste man sich ziemlich verrenken, um sich nicht an den Boiler zu stossen. Dunstabzug Küche defekt. Reklamation ohne Reaktion bis zum Urlaubsende...

Die Wohnung war gut gelegen und ganz nett eingerichtet, allerdings war das Sofa sehr abgenutzt. Das hatten wir in vorherigen Bewertungen gelesen und uns ein Laken dafür mitgenommen. Wände hatten teilweise große Risse. Es war alles sauber. Klo hat sehr gestunken, war mit Deo aber auszuhalten. In den Schlafzimmern gab es keine Rollos nur weiße Vorhänge, also war es schon sehr früh hell in den Zimmern und an guten Schlaf war damit nicht zu denken. Trotzdem würden wir evtl. wieder kommen.

Très bel appartement, bien situé, toute la vaisselle voulue, four, senseo, grille pain, plaques vitro, frigo. Mériterait un peu plus d'entretien, nettoyage sous les bouchons d'évier, débouchage éviers, nettoyage de la terrasse. Mais en tous les cas à recommander.

Location au calme

L'appartement est situé en dehors de De Haan. Le quartier est assez calme mais plutôt éloigné du centre . Tout l'équipement de l'appartement est très satisfaisant. Seul bémol à nos yeux, les tentures des chambres sont trop claires et donc non occultantes donc cela perturbe le sommeil dès le lever du jour. Par contre le living est plutôt sombre.

Appartement très confortable et très bien équipé. Bien situé aussi, et d un calme incroyable. Seul petit reproche: le manque de lumière dans le salon. Il faudrait juste des lampes plus fortes. J y retournerai volontiers

Huisje ligt mooi gelegen alleen de schoonmaak was niet netjes. Een nadeel is dat je net niet achter elkaar kan douchen want de tweede krijgt koud water(boiler). Bakker lekker op de hoek iedere dag vers brood. Wc stonk bij aankomst. Verder wel alles in het huisje

guter Ausgangspunkt

Leider war die Wohnung nicht vernünftig gereinigt worden. Bei € 19,00 Endreinigung pro Person, sollte man zumindest davon ausgehen, dass staubgesaugt und gewischt wurde. Eine Terrassentüre ließ sich nicht öffnen, der Dunstabzug funktionierte nicht, die Stuhlkissen war sehr verschmutzt, das Sofa war zerkratzt und voller Tierhaare, die Gardinen im Wohnzimmer zerrissen, zwei Glühbirnen defekt, der Staubsauger war völlig verdreckt. Sehr schade!!! Lage gut, kurzer Fußweg zum Strand, nahe bei De Haan
