Completely renovated 50’s cottage that gives you character & charm coupled with modern amenities to include granite counters & stainless appliances. New shaker style cabinets, a breakfast bar and character enhancing ceiling beams. From the welcoming front porch, the living room greets you with a large chandelier anchored to the vaulted ceiling. The master has a queen size bed. The guest bedroom has custom built bunk beds; sleeps 4. The cottage is only 5 minutes to downtown historic Clayton. Outside there is a firepit and a covered area under the carport for grilling on the propane gas BBQ grill. There is ample parking in driveway and across the street in front of the house.

Birthday getaway

My husband and I enjoyed a few days of rest! The Cozy Rose was just perfect for us! It was decorated very nice and very clean! We hiked and shopped everyday. We hope to go back soon!

Great Cottage in quiet area. Close to restaurants and stores. Everything in good working condition, clean and neat. Simpler departure procedures than most. Definitely if back in the area a cottage to repeat

The location is wonderful, close to the market, downtown, tons of food options. The home was very clean and equipped with everything needed. We enjoyed our time there. That being said, we did feel the owner was not very Friendly. Weeks before arriving, she messaged me about ensuring my children

Lay over for the Chattahoochee BDRX ride

Perfect location for motorcycle riders doing the new Chattahoochee BDRX look. Property is less than a mile to the center of Clayton, which has some great restaurants and shops. The house is also only a few miles from the Georgia Adventure Off-Road trail. The home was super clean and worked out great for us. Tanya is an excellent host!

Pictures don’t do this property justice. The owner has gone above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. All the comforts of home, so close to town, it’s the perfect location. Communication with the owner was seamless and fast.

Comfy and Cozy

The description of this property is everything and more. The house was spotless. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable! The one thing we wished we had was a Keurig, but it was a quick drive into town to get a cup. The house made you feel like you were staying with family. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Love, love, love!

The pictures and description of this cottage do it no justice. It's perfect! My boyfriend and I needed a getaway to much cooler weather and this cottage was perfect. It's so clean and comfortable. Every time we walked through the door, it felt like coming home. Great location, and the quietest neighborhood. We enjoyed of 4 nights and he literally has to drag me home. Amazing stay. We will be back!!!!

Just a perfect home away from home, we loved everything about the place and the host is what i would call "The Perfect Host" . She didnt missed anything that we will needed to be comfortable on our stay, which i really appreciated. Such a great place! Close to so many things! Great restaurants, hiking trails, and I was finally able to go to the Wander North Georgia outdoors store! The host was great and put a lot of care into little details around the house. I highly recommend!

Location was good and stores were nearby. The cabin itself was beautiful and cozy. Really enjoyed the layout of it. The whole cabin was clean however the fridge reaked of fish and that smell made its way into everything we put in it. Also, would’ve liked to see a better equipped kitchen. Overall stay was solid aside from the smell.
