They came in, put their hand under the faucet and said the water would get cold this comes after me and my two bridesmaids already showered in cold water and decided this would not work for 2 more nights this made my wedding weekend kind of suck."

I did not get one. I am still waiting for a receipt so I can get reimbursement and I have still not gotten one very disappointed in this hotel and their proceedings will not be returning to this hotel "
