Amazing Oceanfront 3 bed 3 bath Condo

Summary:

Spectacular 10th floor direct ocean front condo! 3 beds, 3 baths, huge balcony, over 2000 square feet of space . Pool and hot tub (Shared association amenities) overlooking the ocean, amazing views of the ocean, the Halifax River, and the Daytona International Speedway. There is a mini-golf course directly across the street. Close to Downtown Daytona Beach and the Boardwalk.



The Space:

Spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath private condo with over 2,000 square feet of living space plus a large balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with a table and 4 chairs.



Guest Access:

You will receive your codes to enter the building along with the condo a few days prior to arrival in your welcome letter.



The Neighborhood:

Daytona Beach is a lively beach resort community on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean. Once known for being a Spring Break destination, the area has transformed into more of a family destination.



Getting Around:

There is a Winn-Dixie grocery store that is a five minute walk from the condo (going south on South Atlantic Blvd.). There is also a Publix Super Market that is a 4 minute drive in the same direction as Winn-Dixie.



Other Things to Note:

Daytona Beach is one of the few that allow driving on the beach. Please note that this is very safe for you and your family while sitting on the beach as speed limit is 10mph and strictly enforced and driving lanes enforced. If you would like to drive on the beach while here, the entrance is just a five minute drive north on South Atlantic Blvd.



Want to catch a space shuttle view from NASA? Look up times/days space ships are set to launch and then catch a stunning view right from the private balcony at this condo.



If you are an early morning person, grab your cup of java and enjoy sitting on the balcony and catch the dolphins in the tides nearby as the sun rises.

Great condo!!

This was our second time staying in this unit (3rd time at the Opus) and we really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room, very clean, and the best view! No complaints. I could definitely see us coming back again!

Loved our stay at the Opus condo

We had a great time and loved our stay at the Opus condo. I stayed with my daughter, her husband and my grandkids. We all had a great time. Everything was as promised, well stocked and supplied, clean and beautiful. One week was not nearly long enough!

Awesome view; great accommodations

Aaron (the host) was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The place is absolutely wonderful with a spectacular view of the ocean and sunrises. There is plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen is primo. Bring your k-cups for the Keurig.

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

The condo was perfect, and the beach was amazing. The check in and out process was a breeze. The property was clean and well kept. The view was beautiful. The construction on the pool area was not disturbing and it looks like it will be beautiful when complete. We intend on booking this property again next summer!

Exceptional views

The house was spacious and clean with a dedicated parking spot. The views from balcony are the highlight of the house. The manager was easy to reach and quick to reapond. Highly recommend if you plan to visit Daytona with your family and friends.

Beautiful view & clean!

Great experience, quiet, very comfortable beds with all types of pillows & assorted blankets to choose from, very well stocked kitchen, bldg & condo very well maintained, 10th floor view is amazing! No new renters were coming in today so they allowed us to stay for a later check out since we had a late flight. This place is an A+!!

Late summer holiday

We had a late summer holiday in November, but the weather was still very nice. The apartment is right on the ocean beach with nice view on the ocean. It has enough space and living room and perfect for adult family.

Beautiful View

The condo was exactly as described. There was 10 of us that stayed there ( 6 adults and 4 children) and we were all very comfortable. The view from the balcony was breathe taking. After a long day out in the heat it was very enjoyable and relaxing coming back to the condo. Thank you!

Senior spring break

The property was amazing. Very spacious and lovely. I can’t believe how close to the water you are. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t repaired yet but that was ok. Great location and beach. Would definitely stay again! A couple of issues we had were quickly handled. Excellent rental.

Absolutely Fantastic!!

We had a great time in Aaron’s condo. The place is amazing. The views are incredible. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is well stocked, and the layout is great. Daytona Beach Shores is a great location. This condo is close to everything but in a safe quiet area. We never went anywhere else to the beach other than right behind the condo. No need. The beach is perfect. Our family of 5 had a great time here. We highly recommend this condo for your vacation in Daytona.

Perfect Location

The condo was great! Just as described. It was located close to restaurants and was centrally located between the overpass bridges. It was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable We were able to access the beach even though the pool area is still closed. The view from the balcony was great! Aaron was quick to communicate information and to respond to questions. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing Condo - Let down by the pool

This condo was very nice. However, the listing stated the pool deck MAY be closed, which led me to believe the pool would still be available. The listing showed beautiful pictures of the pool and hot tub. My klds were looking forward partially to the ocean, and primarily to the pool. I found out the pool had been out of service for two years. I think the ad should have read the pool itself is closed and is not expected to be opened until a certain date. I would have booked somewhere else. They are working on it but I have no idea when it will be available. I tired to cut my trip short for a partial refund to get a place with a pool for my kids but the owner would not allow it. I am grateful my family was able to spend valuable time together. We enjoyed the privacy, view and pool table. Ice cream and restaurants are very close.

I simply cannot imagine better beachfront accommodations

We arrived with a big crew for my daughter’s golf tournament - caddy included and we were simply blown away by the entire experience. The property was very secure yet easy to access in and out both building and unit. Additionally- given that we were family + 1 - giving everyone space was a priority for us. This property had P L E N T Y of space for all of us - giving people the option of hanging out as well as getting time away from the larger group. The beds were among the best we have slept on - and we are a golf family that travels a lot - and we have some picky sleepers- beds get an A+. TV’s are outstanding and again very easy to access and stream anything - kitchen was perfect for what we needed. Views outside the Master Bedroom made us feel that we were looking out at a 5 Star Caribbean resort - just stunning… deck access easy and again plenty of space to have morning coffee. Great beach access too as our girls enjoyed a bit of January beach time post tournament rounds Great food options near by and I can’t think of any issues at all that we had - even nice and easy to take the trash out to the trash area a few doors down. Host was very communicative throughout and even post stay with a few items my daughter had mistakenly left behind. If we are coming back to this tournament next year we will stay here in a heartbeat.

Wonderful condo

The condo and communication with the owner/property manager were excellent. The condo is spacious and was very clean. This was our first time to Daytona. It was super convenient for a day trip to the theme parks in Orlando, but I would recommend driving a bit if you are looking for beach shopping and dining. Ormond Beach is not far and seemed a lot safer then shopping at the pier in Daytona. Like I said, this was our first time in Daytona, and it was convenient for our needs, but I am not a fan of beaches that allow cars and trucks on the beach. It was hard to remind my 6yr old to look both ways for cars. When the tide is high there is no option but to be right up by the driving lane. The weekend and Memorial Day were the worst when it came to the traffic and crowds (which is to be expected). Through out the week it was much better, but you still occasionally had to deal with beach goers blaring music from their cars/trucks that you can not escape from. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a fan of music on the beach, just not subjecting everyone around to it. There was a lot of foul language rap being played near us at most times. I give the condo, the owner, and the management a 10 out of 10, but Daytona I would give a 6 out of 10. We all agreed that we were very happy with the condo itself.

Our family of 10 just enjoyed a week at Daytona Beach and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything was clean and comfortable, and our host was very good about responding to our questions. Our children and four grandchildren had a wonderful time and loved both the pool and easy access to the beach. This place is in a great location and very family friendly.
