This popular, family-friendly destination is oceanfront, beachfront and directly on the no-drive beach in Daytona Beach Shores. The unit is on the 3rd floor, accessible via elevator or stairway. Our guests access the beach directly from the property, via a private entrance featuring stairs and a ramp. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise from your oceanfront balcony. Take a walk down the beach to the legendary Crabby Joe's for lunch or dinner. Chill in the sand, play in the ocean and watch the dolphins jump in the waves. Take in the sights and sounds of this incredible area of Florida, just a short distance from Ponce Inlet, Daytona International Speedway, New Smyrna Beach, Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach Boardwalk and more! The condo is furnished with a king bed in the master bedroom and 2 queen beds in the guest room. There are 2 full bathrooms. The building has a beachfront heated pool with lounge chairs. The owners also provide beach chairs. The unit comes with a storage closet housing your very own washing machine and dryer. Additional building amenities include garage parking for one car, outside parking for an extra vehicle, spacious oceanfront balconies, BBQ grills, sauna, fitness center, tennis & pickleball court, shuffleboard, basketball, card room, library and club room.

Great location. Very clean condo, 3rd floor right above the pool. Pool is heated so for early trips in the year that is a plus. Love having an indoor and secure garage area for our car and bikes too. Owner and the property manager responded quickly to any questions.

The condo was as described! It's not the fanciest or anything, but served its purpose for us and was in a convenient location and access to the beach was nice. The pool was heated which was a nice touch. Had some random items stocked that came in handy!
