This is an excellent unit with beautiful view and great host

My mother thoroughly enjoyed her stay. Building is old but safe and clean and the unit is very nicely updated with a beautiful view. The host Vincenzo was very responsive and friendly. She would definitely stay again!

Room as described with unbeatable view

The room looked just like the pictures and the price was excellent for our short stay. The kitchenette has everything we needed to cook in for a couple of meals to offset the cost of eating out. K-cups waiting for us was a really kind bonus. They really put a lot of thought into making sure you're comfortable with everything you would need. NOT THE OWNER'S FAULT but the hotel itself and immediate surroundings we found scary (with the exception of a cute little gift shop toward the back), especially the hallway to get there. For that reason, we probably wouldn't come back but we would not hesitate to book with this host at a different location. I hope management will do right by it's property owners and get it better together.

View was excellent as described. However we arrived on a rainy weekend and hoped to hangout on the balcony watching the waves. There was only one porch chair which was a bit disappointing as the photos show two porch chairs. This was not rectified during our stay.

Nice studio

I was offered early check in for a fee and I accepted-however when I arrived the unit hadn’t been cleaned. The owner contacted his cleaning staff and I went back after regular check in and it was cleaned-no notice when they were done. Control for shower or tub water was off. Contacted the owner and the next day someone came to Fix it. The kitchenette is nice but it’s a very very small area and there were only a few utensils-no spatula.I had planned to cook a few meals since I was in town for cheer event and alone. The interior of the hotel is very dated and really needs new carpeting but this unit has been updated and it was clean. The bed was comfortable and the balcony has a great direct view of the ocean. The pool area is very large and nice at the Hawaiian with direct beach access. This unit was located close to steps and elevator down to that area for easy access. The Tiki bar came in handy and the food is basic but good. Many supplies were included-paper towels, dish soap, etc. I would co sister renting this unit again.
