This newly remodeled retreat with a fully equipped kitchen features two bedrooms, Master room has a king bed; guest room with two queen beds, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. Guests enjoy two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower (shower/tub combo in Master) and a hair dryer for convenience. The space stays comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or on the ocean front balcony. The perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, watching the sun rise or at the end of the day with breathtaking sunset. The complex has a heated pool, Tennis and Pickleball courts, basketball, and shuffleboard. With one assigned parking space in the secure garage. There is a height restriction of 6'2"
