Check in was 4pm and i arrived after that and was told my room was not ready. I was told i might need to wait up to 6pm , we did get in just a few minutes before 5pm

We have been coming to this property 15 years. It has now changed to a Hilton Vacation club and unless you are are a member you are given a room the bottom floor no matter what you book on-line. The rooms do come with ALOT of complimentary noise and a view of multiple garbage dumpsters.

Nice place. Room ac wasn’t working, spoke to someone in the morning and the staff behind the front desk said they told them the ac was out and no one should have been put in that room. Apart from that nice place.

I liked the rooms. they were huge. As we have small kids, the bigger room was a big plus. The kitchen was good but needed some more utensils. Another plus point for the hotel was the pool and the beach. It is literally on the beach. So, for families, this hotel is a great place to stay. I didn't like the carpet on the floor. Due to the carpet there was a little bit of smell of the cleaning materials. Though this didn't bother much. But definitely a tiled floor in all areas would feel better, in my opinion.

Property need upgrade, bath tub need replacement. My wife cut her leg while taking shower. Very Sharpe edgies under shampoo dispenser.

Pretty good for the price
The bed was comfortable and the full size coffee maker was great in the little kitchenette. The soaking tub was nice, and the shower was decent. The AC made a rattling noise that was distracting enough that I needed ear plugs at night. The pool and hot tub outside were clean, though the hot tub was a very rough texture.

Tough parking but great location
Place is nice but parking is very limited. The underground garage is especially harrowing on a motorcycle. Otherwise, the place is nice.

This property was almost like a home away from home! I rented a one bedroom room but it had a living room, kitchen, dining room and restroom and bedroom. All which were a big size. The only thing is that it didn't really get cold in our bedroom compared to the rest of the house. The beach and pool were all very accommodating. Beach rentals were about $20 for the hour or $30 for 2 hours. Ice machine right outside the pool area, tiki bar we didn't really use but one time but the drinks were perfect. They had a DJ at the pool and bar but the only sad part was that the DJ shuts down at 7pm on a Saturday. You can also see the fireworks from the hotel that they had at the Bandshell on weekends. It's only a short walk to the Bandshell concerts and other restaraunts and bars. The only place that sold chicken wings was terrible. Their boneless "chicken wings" were more like popcorn shrimp size. Shops near by and everything from the hotel was really really cool. If I had to stay in Daytona again I would come back because of how convenient everything was.

Shameful but in hopes it will return to normal!
I have stayed many times with no issues. Since Hilton has bought out Dimond, the place has fone down hill. Trash everywhere out side. People drinking and eating in the pool. The staff seemed stressed by guest complaining and management not able to do anything. The game room had no games that worked. These may seem like simple complaints however after staying for several years several times a year this was a huge disappointment! I felt like i paid for the same resort with the feel of motel 6.

This is room is very nice compared to some other rooms in many hotels that I have seen is clean tv pretty large kitchen very nice got everything beachside dining boardwalk and parking inside for free ! It’s just resort fees that bothers me 28.13 not to bad! Overall, this place is very good!!!
