Perfect location, beautiful pool that was heated, on the ocean, nice master bedroom, bathrooms on 2 different floors, balcony nice but in the shade, washer and dryer in the complex instead of the condo but was easily accessible, very helpful if you needed anything while there, loved the area, lots to do. Hopefully will go there again next year if we can make a reservation. Want to go for 1 month but they prefer you go for 3 months January-March. šŸ¤ž

This was my 3rd time staying at a condo at Win-San's. This is a great place to stay. This condo was good., nice and clean. We did remove the mattress topper (just rolled it up and put it on the floor) on the king bed as we had a hard time moving while sleeping as we just sunk down. I am sure some like the toppers but honestly the mattress that is there is so comfortable that there is no need for it. We did put it back before we left. The only other thing was the lack of extra towels. There is only 2 regular towels each for 4 people and no beach towels. We did buy some while there so we had them for the pool. Thanks for letting us rent from you!

Great Rental on the beach!

The unit was clean and had everything we needed. It was very convenient for walking to anything we could want from the beach, to bars, restaurants, shops, etc. The unit also gains you direct access to the pool, beach, and laundry. If you are looking for a great beach getaway, you will love this rental.

We found our stay in this unit to be an excellent experience. The unit was clean and well maintained. The unit overlooks the pool and has a view of the ocean. The property is very clean and the pool area is very nice with plenty of room and friendly people. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

We really enjoyed our visit to this unit and Win San. The condo is well appointed and comfortable. We've stayed in other units at Win San; this one has extra windows that provided additional sunshine into our day! The condo and complex were both very clean. We appreciated the views of the ocean and pool. Great visit, can't wait to come back!

My son is autistic and he was so looking forward to the heated pool--heaters broken and no one fixed it We loved the unit, the pool broken was a bad thing He doesn't understand why I believe more effort could have been placed on this. we only stayed there because of the pool
