Very convenient location- highly recommend

Our Host, Dean was excellent. Super helpful leading up to and during our stay. The home was just what we were looking for- large open area in the kitchen/living room, beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were actually noteworthy as well. The whole house was very clean and tidy. Highly recommend staying here if looking for a place in Daytona.

VERY nice newly remodeled home

Vey roomy. Entire house has stone wood tile planks on the floor. Both bathrooms are quite large with spacious showers. The kitchen is modern. Nice lighting throughout. Pool deck is spacious with an undercover seating area and gas grill. We were there shortly after TS Nicole, so the backyard still needed some work, but I know it was due to the storm. Dean and Lea are really accommodating and excellent hosts.

Bummed about listing

We were quite unsure of the neighborhood we were staying in. Bathroom & Toilets were not really clean. Felt like we were staying in someone's home who would be walking thru the door any time. Unfortunately, hot tub was unusable which was disappointing. Spacious living areas. Laundry machines located in garage -- Roaches running in the garage when you flip on the lights.

Daytona beach

The house was spacious and clean, the bathrooms amazing. The pool and catching catfish on the river was a big hit for the kids. Dean was an incredible host.
