"Very clean,staff was very friendly,nice and helpful especially pricsilla in front desk who always helping me. Beach view was great just one problem we didn’t enjoy the balcony for 4 days that we stayed coz it smells marijuana and smoke from cigarettes we don’t smoke and we have a child too. We paid extra for balcony(beach view)that we didn’t enjoyed! But over all very good hotel i still gave 5 star! "

"My wife and I loved our stay here. Other than it being a bit outdated, and some uncleaned areas (hair on walls, ceilings, and trash under bed, etc.) and maintenance issues, we will love to come back and keep this place in our rotation."

"Beach was wonderful walk on. Small bar on sight . Room very clean, gym had more than exoected, food all around and easy to walk to. Only small concern is shower curtain was slightly smaller than normal so had to play with covering sides. But woukd cone back again."

"Hotel was in a good location. Breakfast was great. Room was clean enough. The broken tiny single elevator was really a downer. 80 stairs to the 6th floor. Ask how I know. Also the surprise $35 a week (we stayed two nights) parking charge was pretty crappy. "

"The staff was mean, had an attitude and would not even look at you. Check in was at 4 and did not get a room till 6:30. Staff did not apologize or offer any accommodations since I paid for a full night but technically did not get a full night. No entry from pool to beach. You have to walk around the building and walk in by car beach entrance. Great view from room facing beach."

"Not everyone will live this place. It’s not the biggest and best but it is cozy and convenient. If you are a simple laid back person who can appreciate a nice comfy bed, book it. I loved the beds, the staff, free parking, little diner-like restaurant with Asian heavy menu, rooftop bar & close enuf to the Bandshell which was our daily destination for NCA NDA. It’s got a LOT of history which you can get the skinny from the GM on rooftop. Bartenders up there were so nice and talkative (if u are interested in talking) but will leave u be if that’s your vibe too. Met some locals up there too! They all feel like friends now! Lastly that view from the rooftop is amazing. Even if u don’t stay here, plan on a night to hangout up there. You WILL NOT be disappointed. If you enjoy being out but not in a crazy loud bar, you’ll appreciate that too. The lobby has free coffee and all kinds of creamer available plus there’s a coffee and pastry cart right outside. That is part of reason i describe this place as being convenient bc u can get something to eat almost whenever you want. Now the hotel advertises it’s a lively place and doesn’t lie about the amount of noise u might experience. It’s true but it didn’t bother us. if u are picky & need luxury, u might not appreciate this place. gotta have that kind of mindset!! But I certainly didn’t feel like I was settling. One more thing to note the 2nd floor has no elevator service … 5 steps to climb "
