Oceans Trace is a peaceful townhome community in Daytona Beach Shores, located right on A1A directly across from the beach. Here you get the privacy of your own townhome along with access to the shared community pool. The Shores Community Center is a quick drive or walk away and hosts tennis, pickleball and many other activities. Oceans Golf Club is about a 1 minute drive, and Publix is just 2 to 3 minutes away along with several beachside parks. Plenty of local restaurants and shops are within a mile or two, so everything you need for your beach vacation is close by.

Step inside to a sprawling living room with relaxing furnishings and a large flat-screen TV. The fully stocked kitchen flows into a dining area that seats six, making it easy to gather for family meals after a day at the beach.

Also on the main floor is the third bedroom, featuring 2 full beds, a flat-screen TV and a large closet, with a guest bathroom on the same floor. Its downstairs location gives guests a little extra privacy from the upstairs bedrooms.

Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed, walk-in closets and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower and large Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom features a queen bed with a second-floor guest bathroom located right next door.

From the living room, step out onto your private deck and enjoy the green yard. The gated community pool is just one unit away, and the beach is right across the street, about a 10 minute walk to the sand.

This townhome includes a two-car garage plus a driveway. This means guests can have a maximum of 3 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation.
