It offers a kitchen, comfortable queen bed, queen sofa bed, inflatable bed,counter table for 2, new 55”tv, with cable, free wifi, laundary on site.Plenty of storage space. Linens and towels included. Walking distance to Daytona Lagoon, 5 min drive to NASCAR and walking distance from all restaurants.

Owner was extremely diligent with communication. Issues were dealt with in a timely manner. Beach access was a little more difficult than I thought it would be, however it was stated in the description it was just my interpretation. Overall great place for the price.

Property grounds under construction. Unit itself was modern and clean. Some kinks not worked out. Bathroom electric outlet didn’t work. TV and remotes without instructions and host not helpful. Kitchen very minimally stocked. Cook maybe an egg and Ramen. Not for a family. The beach access was blocked by construction. You need to walk on busy street to get there . This was not disclosed. I traveled alone for work. The area felt unsafe. Construction company had 6 foot fences blocking egress around elevator and stairs which were in dark corner. No security. Host was iuncaring and unresponsive. I left a day early.
