Ocean and Pool View Condo – Point East Condominium

Completely refurbished condominium complex on beautiful no-drive beach, completed in 2018. Beautiful views of ocean and pool from 3rd floor balcony, just steps to the beach. New flooring, freshly painted and coastal decor. Fully-equipped condo, just bring your swimsuits.

Master bedroom has king bed and flat screen tv. Second bedroom has full and twin bed plus flat screen tv. Pull out sofa in living room. Two full baths. Patio table and chairs on balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail with views of both the beautiful Atlantic and pool.

Kitchen is fully-equipped with all dinnerware, pots, pans and cooking utensils.
Flat screen tv in living room and free wifi included.

Smoke free and pet free.

Elevator close to unit.

Large oceanfront pool (heated in the winter), plus a smaller kiddie pool. Lounge chairs, tables & umbrellas on the pool deck. Pool area also has large covered clubhouse with flat screen tv, tables and chairs and gas bbq grill. Oceanfront shuffleboard courts and secured entrance to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Point East. The beach was amazing and the location was perfect. The condo is a bit dated but was very very clean. Michelle is quick to respond to any questions and left us a list of restaurants and places to go. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed 3 nights at Point East and were really happy with the location. Some of the furniture is beginning to show its age, but we were overall very impressed with the cleanliness of the condo and how well stocked it was with anything you could possibly need. We can’t wait to come back!

Good view of ocean from the terrace, with a wide court yard area. Large pool that is heated in cool January weather. Very clean comfortable place. This was my first time visiting New Smyrna Beach and I booked again for next year before I left. I walked in and immediately felt comfortable.

The perfect location! Amazing pool, beachside. Suite does not have laundry (it’s coin op down the hall) but other than that everything was as pictured. Comfy beds, nice apartment. Will definitely return!

Great Condo!

The condo was as described online. It was clean and well stocked: beach chairs, toys, towels, sheets, kitchen items, etc. Michelle was quick to respond to my questions. Parking was right below the condo and next to the stairs to the beach. The location is great with lots of restaurants and stores close by. We liked Aunt Catfish and Blackbeards Inn restaurants. C's Waffles is great for breakfast.

Amazing spot on the beach!

This property is awesome. It’s located on a part of New Symrna that you can’t drive on. So you don’t have to worry about your little ones around cars on the beach. The pool is huge and surprisingly deep. My family really loved the pool. Beach access couldn’t possibly be better. And the condo is accurate to the pictures. Very clean and just what we were looking for. Would absolutely stay here again!

Christmas Get Away

The condo property was very clean, well groomed, and private. The condo unit matched the photos as featured in the Virbo post. Unfortunately, due to a cold front, the weather did not lend itself to swimming in the pool or the ocean (that was quite wavy) but we were able to take several nice walks along the very expansive beach front. The location of this property allowed for easy commutes to the Daytona area as well as Coco Beach and the Kennedy Space Centre. New Year's at the River Deck and Tiki Bar by the Indian River Waterfront offered good food as well as live music, which we enjoyed. Overall, we were able to shift our hopes of soaking up some sun and we were able to fill our time with day tripping. We had a nice time despite the unfortunate cold front and over cast weather.
