Funky Beach House Steps 2 Ocean Center & Beach!

This one of a kind 725 sq ft pet friendly home at the beach has a funky vibe, has been fully renovated, is ONE BLOCK TO THE BEACH, steps from the Ocean Center, & 1 block from Main St! It is equipped w/ a full kitchen to cook meals in after a day at the beach, an office desk for remote work, 3 total beds & a washer/dryer on the fully screened in back porch!

2 car maximum. 1 car in the 1 car garage and the other parks on the mulch in front of the house as shown in the listing photos.

$60 per pet per stay. MONTHLY STAYS (28 nights or longer) - The fee is $195 per animal per month
Pets must be picked up after when they go to the bathroom in the front or back yard and must be on a leash at all times.
Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old.

This property is located right behind the Ocean Center with no neighbors on one side. The Daytona Lagoon waterpark is a 3 minute walk away and the boardwalk and beach are a 5 minute walk away!
Guests will have access to the entire house and back porch. The common area courtyard is also accessible.
The beach is only 1 block away and the Ocean Center is across the street from this home! If you are in town for a conference at the ocean center, this is the place to be as it is directly across the street from the Ocean Center! Main Street is also one block away for those visiting for Bike Week & Biketoberfest! Enjoy the walkability of this location as all of the attractions are only minutes away!
Daytona International Speedway is only 12 mins away!

Private home with gorgeous quartz countertops, soft close cabinets & fully stocked kitchen. We provide a beach wagon for toting your items to the beach as well! There is a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, tea kettle, coffee maker and all utensils and cookware needed for a great meal! In the bedroom, you will find a large walk in closet a high end plush queen bed & an en suite custom bathroom! There is a queen pull out sofa bed in the living room along with a twin size Murphy bed.
