The Space:
This stunning vacation home will make you say wow. Perfect for a quiet beach-and-pool getaway, it comfortably accommodates 1-3 families and is just a 3-minute walk from the beach. The spacious two-level layout sleeps up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, with two separate living spaces, a private pool and hot tub, professionally decorated interiors, and thoughtful touches for every kind of guest — including a fenced backyard with a fire pit, a fenced yard for pets, and a complimentary golf cart to make beach days effortless.
Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed, a luxury bathroom, and a private sitting area on the deck, alongside a bright living room with a leather couch, a large smart TV, and direct access to the wrap-around deck for outdoor lounging. Downstairs, a second master suite includes its own separate entrance and a king bed, alongside a third bedroom with its own king bed. Kids have their own bunk suite with a queen bed, twin bunks, toys, a TV, and a game console. Also downstairs is a second living space built for entertaining — complete with a pool table (multi-game table), bar area, and large smart TV — with direct access to the screened porch, pool, hot tub, and fenced backyard. The chef's kitchen comes outfitted with a Ninja food processor, coffee maker, and pancake and waffle makers, and the dining table comfortably seats 10, with extra folding chairs on hand for larger groups.

Golf Cart:
Please make sure that the Golf Cart is always charged.
Please ensure you sign the Golf Cart Waiver if you plan to use it.
Please make sure the Golf Cart is parked under the Roof.
- Beach Equipment is located in the storage( garage) on the left side of the front door. Please wash the sand off the furniture before returning it to the storage area.

When convenient, kindly review the following:
- Please ensure you have all your personal belongings, including chargers, jewelry, passports, etc.
We recommend checking closets, drawers, under beds, and bathrooms.
- Kindly place used dishes in the dishwasher and begin a cycle.
- Please leave any food items in the refrigerator — our housekeeping team will handle the cleanup.
- Please Do Not remove bed linens — our professional team will care for all bedding and preparations.
- If you wish to assist, starting a load of towels would be greatly appreciated.
- Ensure that all lights are switched off and that all windows are securely closed.
- Kindly place any trash in the outdoor receptacles.
- If you travel with pets, please remove any waste from the property grounds.
- If you used the grill, a light cleaning would be appreciated.
- Once you have checked out, we kindly ask you to send us a brief message to confirm your departure.

Getting Around:
Marineland Acres is ideally located along scenic A1A, making it easy to explore the best of Florida’s northeast coast. Most guests arrive with a car, which allows you to quickly reach nearby attractions, grocery stores, and dining spots—Palm Coast’s shopping centers are just 5–15 minutes away. The neighborhood itself is perfect for morning walks or bike rides to the beach, while short drives take you to historic St. Augustine, Flagler Beach, and scenic parks like Washington Oaks Gardens. Parking is plentiful and convenient both in the neighborhood and at most nearby destinations, so you can spend less time worrying about logistics and more time enjoying your vacation.
Other Things to Note:
After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check-in instructions. Pool heater is available for $50 per day, $287 per week, or $200 per week for multi-week stays. Please let us know in advance if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.

We are a local Real Estate and Property Management company and we will be happy to communicate with you by text, email or in person if you will need us. All of our homes have self check in access. In general we stay out of your way and let you enjoy your vacation but we will be happy to be there for you if you need us.
