Planning a business trip? Need a conference room? Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center is the perfect spot! With so many events happening on "The World's Most Famous Beach all year: Race Week, Bike Week, Biketober Fest, Jeep Week, cheerleading competitions, beauty pageants, gymnastic events, Shriners events, multiple races at Daytona International Speedway, Ocean Center Home and Garden Shows, concerts, (you can even catch a Space X launch from the beach!) and SO MUCH MORE!!

When it's time for lunch or dinner, Daytona Beach is LOADED with great and delicious places to eat! One of our personal favorites is "Big Tuna" just across the street in the Publix parking lot (the bacon wrapped plaintains are something other-worldly!). If you're in the mood for Italian food, take the short drive to Genovese's Italian Cafe to try their manicotti, pizza, cannoli and tiramisu. Have the kiddos tagging along? Caribbean Jack's on the bay is a super cool place with "swinging" tables, great music and a Banana's Foster that should ALWAYS be put on top of their salted caramel cheesecake!

Beautiful beaches that you can drive up to your perfect sunbathing spot (NO LUGGING BEACH GEAR!), Daytona Pier and for golf enthusiasts, head up to St Augustine and tour the World Golf Hall of Fame.

When you finally are ready to head inside, enjoy the custom decorated bathroom with a defogging, LED mirror, soothing tile and fluffy towels. Wifi access, excellent selection of things to watch on the 55" Samsung Smart TV (cable channels galore!) will make your nights as relaxing as your fun-filled days.

Clean, bed was comfortable, shower and all other amenities were great but the building infrastructure is in disrepair. Very unfortunate but not the fault of the host. I would stay again.

Another great stay

Back for a second stay. The unit was spotless and comfortable just as last time. Didn’t interact with Melody other than check in as I was familiar. One nice addition is just North the Beach Bucket has re-opened and I was able to walk up the beach and get a great Oceanside breakfast. My only disappointment was the unit has already been rented out for my next trip to Daytona

Overall a nice stay. I wish the renovation was at least partly completed. I had difficulty seeing where in the process the renovation was, but i didnt ask the host. I looked online on maps and called the wrong place that had 2 pools. So i was under the impression one pool was open. No fault to host or VBRO though. The area and convenience was great! Beach access was nice too!

Decent stay

The host is very kind, had everything we needed for our stay. Bed was super comfortable. The building its self is very run down. Since the units are privately owned I assume the resort has no plans to get things back up and running. The room was decent, however it was not cleaned well, hair was in the bed (multiple hairs) the floors hadn’t been cleaned and the balcony was covered in bird doo, the sliding glass door probably hadn’t been cleaned in years. We still enjoyed our trip and would recommend that you book this stay.

Beautiful condo, convenient to everything. The only issues I had were parking, which the office ended up helping me with in the end, and the balcony. Dont get me wrong the balcony is nice. I tried reading out there one morning and got hot soapy water (and bird poop with it) dumped all over me. No warning...

Nice Condo Unit

This unit has been updated floor to ceiling and done in very good taste. This building is quiet in the off season which was a welcome reprieve from life in Atlanta. Great communication with the owner of the condo and a lovely person. Super clean condo. I had everything I needed to recharge and refresh my brain. Convenient location with Publix across the street along with various shops. The pool deck was closed and is under renovation due to hurricane damage from 2022, therefore, access to the beach was not convenient. Overall, I'd stay there again after the renovations to the building are completed.

Weekend getaway

Room pictures are very nice and accurate however the property is going through quite an overhaul. Didn’t have access to the beach from the property the pool is not open. I understand that maybe I should have looked into that. But I feel maybe I could have been told that. The owner is very nice and accommodating. However there are other locations that offer cheaper rates since many of the facilities are closed. I will say the room is spotless and decorated very nicely. If you are looking for a well maintained place this is the best. The beach outside the facility is beautiful. Muck calmer at this area and more family oriented. Again the owner are amazing.

Beautiful and comfortable Beach Spot

This is one of the cleanest most comfortable places I have stayed in Daytona Beach. You can see the sunrise and sunset from the room. The couch and bed are comfortable. The decor is fresh, and the place was spotless. I didn't use the kitchen for anything other than making coffee, toast and instant oatmeal, but everything worked. Yes, it's a bit of a shame that the hurricanes damaged building, however you really don't miss it. The beach is right there, and there are plenty of nearby restaurants and bars. Parking was not an issue, when I got back late saturday night the lot was full, however there was ample street parking right across A1A. All communication was prompt and polite. Absolutely no issues. I will be back, thank you!

I really liked the room and the view. The location is very convenient since it is across the street from a restaurant and shopping. The beach is beautiful. They are in the process of redoing the elevators which is good since the one that was primarily available was very shabby. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our time here for our girls trip. The location is about 2 miles from the Daytona nightlife but there are some nice restaurants to eat at within walking distance. The hotel in which the condo is located is under what looks like to be slow renovations so we were a little shocked at first. If you are looking for a quiet place on the beach this is definitely the place to come.
