Come and enjoy this 12th floor Unit with Amazing and Spectacular Sunrises and Sunsets of the Atlantic Ocean. OUTDOOR AND INDOOR POOL NOW OPEN! Fitness Room, Sauna, Spa NOW OPEN! Extra love and care have been put in to this fully furnished and updated studio, boasting COMFY two queen size beds.
Step out onto your private ocean view balcony and be prepared to be amazed, use the bar stools while enjoying a cup of coffee or drink.

This comfortable studio condo with a beach atmosphere is furnished with two new queen size beds, an Efficiency Kitchenette, bar height table/bar stools, table/desk with two chairs, 43" Samsung HDTV, cable, dishes, glassware, cookware, flatware, utensils, Full Size Refrigerator, Microwave, Electric two stove top, Duo Coffee maker Keurig/Drip, Blender, Iron and Ironing board, hair dryer, all linens and towels.

Resort Update:
*Open Amenities: North Pool (Heated), Indoor Pool, Jacuzzi, Fitness Room, Sauna, Beach Access.

*Closed Amenities: Tiki Bar, Restaurant, Parking Garage, South Pool, Kiddie Pool, South Pool Deck.

*Parking Free - One parking pass is provided where it will be found inside the Room.
Parking in front of the building or next door of the Resort. Upon departure parking pass would need to left inside the room.

*There is beach access still available right next door.
*WIFI - Free

It is located at the Daytona Beach Resort which is located on the north side of Daytona Beach near Ormond. On-site laundry coin operated 2nd to 5th floors Conveniently located across the street from Bellaire Plaza for shopping or dining. Some of the places are Publix (Grocery), Walgreen's, Bealls, Bealls Outlet, Dollar Tree, Big Tuna Restaurant, and many more restaurants. Approx. 2.5 miles to the Shoppes at Ocean Walk, Theater, Ocean Center, Pier and Main Street. 15 minute drive to Daytona USA for Speedway Racing. Approx. One and half hour drive to Disney, Epcot Center, Universal, Kennedy Space Center, one hour to St. Augustine.

On the day of arrival prior to 3PM, you will receive the check-in instructions necessary for your stay with the room number and door code to the electronic keypad.

As a private owner in the resort, you may require assistance during your stay. Please rest assured that you can contact me and more than willing to help you with any issues or concerns you may have. The Daytona Beach Resort will be going through renovations/restoration to the seawall. Please contact Owner for Updates during the process to get the Resort back, Your patience is appreciated.

Last minute rentals are accepted and always ask for specials.

You can tell owner cares about your comfort. Building has some hurricane damage which has pool closed. But who goes to beach for the pool! Truly enjoyed our stay! Shopping accross street.

Great Weekend Getaway

We were in town for Roar Before the Rolex at Daytona. The rental was clean and there were cookies to welcome us! The bed was comfortable and basic cookware and dish ware was available if needed. The bathroom was spacious and there was plenty of hot water for showering. Great getaway!

A Gem on oceanfront

We were delighted with this condo. It is spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated with a beach theme, including the dishes. Well equipped with kitchen appliances and dual coffee pot allows for brew or Keurig cups. Extremely comfortable memory foam queen beds with cute shell print sheets. Large bathroom. Beautiful sunrises over the ocean. The building was damaged by Ian but don’t let that stop you from enjoying this beautiful, comfortable condo with a wonderful beach/ocean view. We would definitely stay here again!

Parking Woo’s!

I understand the rebuild after a hurricane. We came back late night due th the national competition to no place to park. We parked in a shopping center and Walked. I’m glad I had no children with us. Really felt unsafe with people milling around. This will hopefully be fixed soon and the parking tower reopened. The room was great. Beautiful view!! Room very clean! I will book the room again when the parking is reopened.

Very clean and cute

Stayed here for an extended weekend while visiting my daughter at ERAU. Everything was super simple. Beds were comfortable! The main building is under construction still but it did not hinder our stay at all. The amenities were closed but that was stated multiple times so we were aware prior to booking. The directions to the room, the beach, parking and everything were very clear and simple which i appreciated. We texted the host about checking in early as are flight was earlier than expected and she was very quick to reply that the unit was ready for us. The kitchen had everything we needed for a few quick and easy meals. There was an airfryer which was great to have as well. We also appreciated that there were 2 beach towels to use to sit on the beach to watch the Sunrise as we did not bring towels for this quick trip. If you are just looking for a clean place to stay without the amenities of a resort this is a perfect place.
