Ocean Walk Resort features spacious two-bedroom resort suites that comfortably sleep 8 guests. Suites feature one king in the master, two doubles in the guest rooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

Suite offers the privacy of separate bedrooms, the convenience of a washer/dryer and separate living/dining areas. You are sure to appreciate the economy of a full kitchen and TVs throughout, with a balcony and whirlpool tub.

There is a mandatory resort fee for reservations at the resort in the amount of $80.00 per reservation. The resort fee, which is imposed by property owners associations at the resort, will be collected at the time of check-in.

You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room.
A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in.

A $250 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.

The resort accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Pre-paid cards, checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted.
Parking garage clearance is 74 inches. Parking is available for 1 vehicle per reservation. RV and over-sized vehicle parking is not available.

Pets are not permitted.
Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charge.
No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited.

In order to accommodate rental guests at this resort, it may be necessary to make a room change during a guest stay. The resort will do everything possible to avoid this unlikely event. However, should the need arise to change your room, you will be advised at the time of check-in.

You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests.

Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund.
