Walk right out to the pools from this oceanview ground floor two bedroom, two bath condo. Guest bedroom equipped with two double beds for all the kids. Experience Florida beaches at their finest. Sandpiper is a family freindly community located on the south end of the car free section of New Smyrna Beach, on miles and miles of beautiful white sand. Enjoy the Sandpipers expansive oceanfront deck which has two adult pool, two kiddie pools an oceanfront putting green and shuffle board court. Our north pool and kiddie pool are heated in the winter for our snowbirds! Now that you've found this great spot, why not stay at one of the best condos New Smyrna has to offer!

The condo was wonderful! The decorating was special and the view was spectacular! Location is ideal! We had 2 fire alarms which were exciting and thankfully they were false alarms! If I could change one thing I would get a new sectional with recliners! I would gladly stay here again!
