- Its a super comfy and completely renovated condo right on the no-drive section of New Smyrna Beach! You will feel right at home while you enjoy all that this condo has to offer. Located at Castle Reef, where you have direct access to the beach, pool, shuffle board courts, grills and tennis courts. This corner unit is the perfect place for you to snuggle up with a good book on the balcony and listen to the waves. For those that want to keep their toes in the sand, there's some beach games, including bocce ball, enjoy a relaxing dip in the ocean and soak up the warm Florida Sunshine.. You don't have to travel far with restaurants and grocery stores located within walking distance. Or a few-minute drive to Flagler or Canal Street to frequent the local watering holes, shopping districts and even more restaurants. This is home away from home. 🩵

Please shower off all sand before coming back to unit. Also beach chairs and umbrellas. $50 Extra Cleaning fee will apply if there is sand in unit.
DO NOT STRIP the bed. Housekeeping will handle. PLEASE LEAVE BEACH TOWELS draped on balcony chairs. Leave other wet towels on hooks in bathroom.
DO NOT LEAVE THE DOORS OPEN WHILE THE AIR CONDITIONER IS ON. IF YOU DO THIS IT WILL CAUSE GREAT CONDENSATION AND DAMAGE TO THE WALLS. FINES APPLY.
