Coconut Palms Beach Resort I is an updated time-share Condo directly on the Atlantic Ocean located just 20 miles South of Daytona & 40 miles North of The Kennedy Space Center! There is a long balcony with ocean view and patio door access from both Master and Living area. The bedrooms are split for added privacy and the Living room couch pulls out to a queen bed with bedding and pillows available in the unit. The coin operated laundry is on the same floor as this unit. Housekeeping replaces towels midweek and also cleans and replaces bedding & paper goods once a week. There is a staffed front desk to answer questions and promptly deal with problems. Large open Kitchen with Large table & 6 chairs. There is free wifi, 3 televisions with cable, a heated outdoor pool overlooking the ocean with outdoor grills & tables available. Very cozy & friendly place in a small town full of eclectic residents! Walking distance to grocery, pharmacy, & lots of bars, restaurants & local shops. Sanford International Airport(SFB) and Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB) are the closest large airports. We love this place and only COVID could keep us from traveling to enjoy it. Our loss is your Covid silver lining!

Outside looks bunk but once you get inside rooms looks like a Apartment and it was cool I’m definitely coming back to coconut palms.

My wife and I spent a week at this condo right on the beach at NSB. We were delighted with the space (2 bedrooms) and it was quiet. The loudest noise was the sound of the waves on the beach. The staff was very helpful when we needed them (which was only when I couldn't find a luggage cart!). There was good communication from both the condo owner and the condo management (emails and phone calls).
