🔨 IMPORTANT RESORT RESTORATION UPDATE — OCTOBER 2026

Daytona Beach Resort continues to undergo restoration and improvement projects following hurricane damage sustained in 2022. While many amenities are open and operational, portions of the property remain in various phases of repair and construction.

• Seawall construction and exterior restoration work are ongoing

• Daytime construction noise, dust, equipment activity, and temporary work areas may occur

• Construction activity may be more noticeable on the south side of the property

• Some exterior and common areas may show visible signs of ongoing restoration

• Construction schedules and activity levels may vary without advance notice

• The parking garage remains closed, and parking may be limited during busy periods

• One vehicle is permitted in designated guest parking areas

• The restaurant, tiki bar, south pool, and kiddie pool remain closed

The condo itself remains available for guests to enjoy, with beautiful Atlantic views and access to the resort's operating amenities.

We want guests to know what to expect before arrival so they can plan their stay accordingly. Despite the ongoing improvements, Daytona Beach Resort continues to offer a fantastic beachfront location and the opportunity to enjoy the Atlantic coast.
