"I booked 2 rooms. One for my wife and I, and another for our adult daughter who was traveling with us. We had a late check-in after attending an outdoor music festival. We couldn’t wait to get checked in and shower. When we arrived at our room, a shower wasn’t possible because there was no shower curtain on the rod. We called the front desk and were relocated to a new room at the other end of the hotel. How does a well managed hotel overlook something as basic as a missing shower curtain? Also, the in-room coffee maker in our new room did not work. Our daughter’s room was even worse. She had no hot water in the shower. They had no rooms left to move her to, so she had to take a cold shower. Then, she discovered the hairdryer didn’t work, so she had to go to bed with wet hair. Also, several lights in her room did not work. While it wasn’t the desk clerk’s fault, she still could’ve been more helpful. She offered a less than full throated apology and had no solution for any of the problems we encountered. The property manager was not on duty when we checked out this morning when I asked to speak with them, and I had to pry the contact information from her so I could call to discuss our situation on Monday. This hotel appears relatively clean, but it is very poorly maintained and the staff seems to have very little supervision. We paid a LOT of money for these rooms due to the high demand during a peak time. Given the serious deficiencies, we should be refunded our money."

"Was in town for a music festival. I booked at this hotel fairly last minute because it was available and many other hotel were not. I was not expecting luxurious accommodations. I did though expect the room to be moderately clean and in fair working order, but it was not. The room was dirty. Not just not cleaned very well. I mean really dirty. Smudges of make up and some other things all over the furniture, mirror, wall. Dirt in the corners of the room. Mold/mildew on the ceiling. Stickiness on the floor. And then the bathroom.... it's gross. The door that provides security to the outside didn't lock. But since the window beside was missing, I guess it didn't matter. I paid an astronomical amount of money for this place because of the aforementioned festival. I ended up leaving in the early morning because the bed was awful as well. Definitely not worth the money I paid in a busy weekend, but would have been worth $10."

"Property was old and horribly remodeled. Ice machine did not work near my room. All the parking spots were compact and tight to get into. Floor was dirty. Hairdryer still had hair attached to it. Beds pisted as queen, were full. An old and forgotten property."

"This was my first experience with extended stay ever. The staff were very nice and helpful. However they need to shut down until they finish renovating no walls in the elevators, the rooms had a dead bug in the bed looked like a bed bug but no blood came out when you squeezed it but there were 2 bed bugs in the bathroom mirrors, and a big roach that traveled from the bathroom to the wall by the bathroom. I couldn’t believe it. I brought 91% alcohol to spray the beds and furniture to kill anything that was there . The bathroom tubs were dirty looking like it needed to be replaced. I couldn’t sleep. We got there about 2:30am and left at checkout. Ive been on hotels.com trying to get a refund but I’ve been unsuccessful"

"I liked the cleanliness of the property and my room. Check in and check out were easy. Location was great. Breakfast was okay. Liked that there was coffee and tea available throughout the day. It would have been nice if water had been available throughout the day as well with cups or the availability to fill a water bottle."
