When we arrived at our room we found it occupied. They moved us to another room where the phone was inoperstive.Two of the rooms we had smelled of Smoke. The elevator was filthy with no visible inspection certificate. The rooms were very dated, all the faucets leaked, the sink was cracked. The bed was comfortable. It was OK but far from good

I had to get a room on third floor. Paint smell was overwhelming. I asked for a first floor room as I have a bad back. Door was opened which was concerning. Bathtub was dripping and I was too tired and overwhelmed to call to front desk. I slept with the TV on so I would not hear dripping.

The property was dirty and in disrepair. There was literally a hole in my floor that I twisted my ankle in. I told the front desk and their response was “we have never had a complaint before” no offer to change rooms or even look at it. The shower had no water pressure and didn’t get hot the water temperature control just spun around when it got to the hot setting the water stopped running and then picked back up again at the cold setting. The floors were dirty and full of dust and debris in all the edges. The bed was comfortable ish and the temperature was able to be adjusted in the room.
