Charming Cottage

Welcoming, comfortable home with historical Dayton theme. We’ve stayed in other Vrbo homes in the area and the Carillon Cottage is the best. Great location. Hope to visit again.

Quiet spot in Dayton

Property was very clean and had everything we needed to cook a basic meal. Area is quiet and beds were comfortable. I appreciated the extra blanket in each bedroom as I tend to be cold at night. We loved the character of the house and would not hesitate to stay again the next time we're in Dayton.

Family Reunion

Stayed at the property with my cousin and his wife and grandson. We had a very pleasant stay and the house was just perfect. 2024 WGI Indoor Percussion Championships

The property was a great location for the WGI events at University of Dayton Arena, Hobart Arena in Troy and the Nutter Center at Wright State University. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.

Perfect home away from home

We really enjoyed staying in this home for my son’s UD graduation. My family and my mom loved this warm and cozy home. It was very clean, adorably decorated with plenty of extras to make your stay effortless. The owners have thought of everything. The location is perfect for UD and other Dayton area events. Everyone said they had a great night’s sleep - comfy beds and pillows!

The Perfect Stay

We had a great experience staying at the cottage. Traveling with 8 month old twins and a 3 yr old is not easy, but the hosts made it very simple for us. They had a pack n play, portable crib, and high chair for us. The house was extremely clean, and in the perfect location. The instructions given by the host was clear and easy to follow. We will definitely consider staying here in the future.

Fantastic house!

This house was absolutely perfect! It had everything we needed and was in a great location. It was very central to anywhere that we needed to go, while we were visiting. We will definitely stay here again, when we come to visit our family and friends. After we had left the property, the owner let us know they found one of our sweatshirts and they were kind enough to allow us back to pick it up! We are so grateful for that. Any contact we had with the owner prior to, during and after the stay, has been very prompt and kind. We loved this space and can’t wait to stay again.

Very nice property!

The communication and check in was very easy. Our host responded promptly to our questions and concerns. It is a very nice house that accommodated five adults and an almost one years old. We spend our first Thanksgiving out of state! We love to cook and that kitchen was good enough to recreate our Thanksgiving just like home. We borrow son pots and things from our son who is station in Dayton, OH. The only downside of this property the lack of another shower. However, we managed to take turns and plan accordingly for our activities. The location was perfect, few minutes from downtown Dayton and other amenities. So Thank You!!!
