"It was ok but thought the floor wasn’t very vpclean and the bedspread was stained"

"Rooms where fairly dirty, but what was the very worst was when the mattress was lifted up, there was no plastic waterproof bed liner that most hotels put on mattress to protect from bed bugs, pee and other stains. Long story short under the mattress was a bunch of dog hair dirt food and also dead bed bugs. I didn't stick around long enough to see if there was any actual live ones. Your customer service at the front desk of an older lady and gentleman were fantastic."

"Excellent hotel. Staff friendly, really clean and great location. Free snacks in the evening and decent breakfast in the morning. Also nice pool and hot tub. "
