"Charming property with free parking in front of hotel. Location was convenient and about a 10 mins walk to shops and restaurants. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Gas station beside the hotel and across the street. Gas station across the street has a mini food mart, with coffee stand, hot food counter, bakery and quick grab prepared foods if you want to grab food on the go. Great Argentinian restaurant down the street (5 mins walk) for amazing wood burning pizza, award winning empanadas and Argentinian BBQ. Easy to get to Ross Castle and Ring of Kerry by car. "

"The hotel is in immaculate condition and you can tell how much care and thought has been put into the refurbishments. The communal areas are gorgeous and the bedrooms are stunning whilst also being extremely modern with every extra you can think of (think Dyson hairdryers, clothes steamers, modern aircon and light controls). But what really made our stay were the staff, each was somehow friendlier and more helpful than the last and it made our short stay really special. From the valet and concierge, to the spa which was so welcoming, and the housekeeping and waiting staff who were so kind and proactive without being invasive. Couldn’t recommend enough."
