"Decorated with very good taste, high-level restaurant, spectacular landscapes, very quiet area. It is an excellent option for a family trip or a couple's getaway, however, it is necessary to have a vehicle, because it is located in a remote place."

"I liked that the Acala Hotel was different. From the outside it looked like a typical store front, but when you walk inside you're in the hotel lobby. I used rhe stairs and on each level at the top of the stairs was a seating area. It was somethng different. I was exploring just walking around and at the end of one of the hallways was a balcony with a view of the shops on the street. I would recommend the Alcala Hotel. I will stay there again. Also they have a restaurant with very good food. The workers are all very courteous, and helpful. I enjoyed my stay."

"The property was good for the price, but it's rather old and the table and chairs were not very comfortable or useful. They had no ice machine. And I had to carry a very heavy suitcase up and down a flight of stairs to get in and out."
