Located approximately 20 minutes from Walt Disney World, approximately 30 minutes from Universal Orlando Resort, and approximately 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport, you'll have convenient access to Central Florida's world-famous attractions while returning each day to the privacy and natural surroundings of a gated resort community.

One of this home's most desirable features is its private backyard setting. The property backs directly to conservation with no rear neighbors, so instead of looking into another vacation home's pool or patio, you'll enjoy peaceful natural Florida scenery. Start your morning with coffee on the lanai, spend the afternoon swimming, or simply relax outdoors and enjoy the quiet surroundings after a full day at the theme parks.

Step outside to your private screened pool and spa overlooking the conservation area. The west-facing pool is especially inviting for enjoying the Florida afternoon sunshine and relaxing outdoors as the day winds down.
