"Staff very friendly. Whole property clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet had good selection of hot and cold options. Very quiet. Was on 3rd floor by elevator and was never disturbed."

"Check in and out was super fast. The facilities are well maintained. Really enjoyed the lazy river and hot tub area. The condo was large with plenty of room. Furniture was a bit older but clean . New appliances and flooring in the unit made it nice."

"This property is set up very well. It has great theme rooms for kids and adults. The game room is very entertaining and the pool area is really nice too. It has access to 2 clubs with pools, slides, lazy river and more. We had a great time. We did have issues with a few live cockroaches in one bedroom. The owners notified pest control and they came. Our family also did cleaning, washed bedding, and vacuuming of that room. Cleaning crew came and vacuumed some also. We did not use that that room. This did limit where we had to sleep and caused unexpected stress for our vacation."

"The listing was accurate & Maria was an excellent communicator. Checking in at the main gate was simple & quick, with no issues during our week stay for entering the community/amenities. Our family went to both water park areas, but favored the pool at the house over crowds at the amenities. The pool was cleaned the day after our arrival...thanks to Maria's quick response time! The home provided ample space for our family of 15. The pool table & theatre room were popular during our stay. Our older kids brought their gaming systems, so we did not use the XBox at the house. Bring your basics, as there was a starter roll of toilet paper & sample sized shower gel, shampoo, & conditioner, a trash bag, roll of paper towels, & dishwasher pod. Having 2 fridges was great...pots were minimal, fry pans ample, plenty of glassware, dinnerware, & cookware. Small appliances were ample (toaster, toaster oven, instapot, etc) Bring your seasonings & hand soap for each bathroom. Beds were fine & home clean. Would have been nice to have a vac, but there is a broom & dustpan.粒 Stores & coffee close by. Disney close by, too. Kids loved the Toy Story themed slide room and dollhouse themed bedroom. Some minor maintenence could be done, but it is a rental so those items are to be expected. Two parking spaces at the home but several spots open around the corner or on-street parking also available. We had a great stay and again, Maria was attentive and responsive when needed! "
