Great location, well designed house and the owner was a breeze to work with.

I stayed for a week on a work trip and we stumbled across this gem. The kitchen is large, there's a fenced in backyard with a grill.. I will be coming here every time I'm in town.

This was a great house for our overnight stay in the Davenport area. It was great to have a garage to park in, the house was very clean and we were very comfortable there. The host was also very responsive to questions and very kind.

Lovely & safe neighborhood, very nice home with big bedrooms & comfy furniture. Only issue was that the jets in the tub didn't work and unfortunately the owner wasn't able to come out to look at during our quick stay (first world problem for sure!). Would happily recommend & stay again.

We were here for one night and enjoyed the property. Property was as described. Beds were comfy and it was nice to have a Keurig with a few k-cups to get the day started. Communication with manager was spot on.

Davenport home

Home was comfortable, clean, and had everything you would need! We had a group of four (a couple and two singles) and everyone had their own rooms. The beds were REALLY comfortable! Communication with owners was great! The neighborhood felt safe, and was very quiet and oeaveful! Would def stay here again if I’m ever in the are.

We had a 1-night stop after 10 hours of driving and we're happy to arrive at the property. It's located in a quiet, suburban neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. The house is well maintained with all the amenities expected of any home. We slept wonderfully, and even did a load of laundry. Our daughter parked in the garage with plenty of room, and we parked our rental moving van on the street without any issues or concerns. The hosts communicated immediately and were very accommodating.

Clean and Convenient

This is a great property, especially if you have pets. We were thrilled to find a place with a fenced yard! The home is clean and exactly as advertised, and is in a nice, established neighborhood. We enjoyed the living space, with lots of seating for all of us to congregate. The kitchen was well equipped, with plenty of space for storage. It was also great to have a garage to pull into to avoid the cold and frost. Will definitely plan to stay here the next time we are in town.

Wonderful Family Home!

We don’t live near family so when we come to visit we love staying in a family sized home. The house is in a great area with a short drive to everything. We took walks almost every night and even the neighbors were very friendly. Definitely recommend!
